Laser-induced fluorescence detector (LIFD) is one of the most sensitive detection methods in analytical chemical files. And it was widely used in many fields, such as environment, life science, food science and drug analysis.Confocal optical configuration is widely used in LIFDs.For this LIFD, the effective approaches to achieve the best sensitivity are improving the collection efficiency of fluorescent signal and minimizing the background noise. We have reported a new LIFD for HPLC, using a novel Z-type reflective flow cell to improve the collection efficiency of fluorescent signal.Base on it, a novel three-diametional adjustable confocal laser-induced fluorescence detector was developed, using a new three-dimetional adjustable support of reflector to improve the coaxial precision and modularized optical system to minimize the background noise.
