在传统减粘裂化工艺基础上开发出的临氢及供氢剂减粘裂化和催化减粘裂化能有效地抑制生焦反应 ,可大幅度提高减粘裂化反应的苛刻度与馏分油产率 ,产品质量亦能得到明显改善。我国减粘裂化工艺虽起步较晚 ,但在吸收国外先进经验的基础上得到了迅速发展 ,已在高桥、广州等地建成十余套减粘裂化装置 ,尤其是延迟减粘裂化及上流式缓和减粘裂化等工艺的开发都标志着我国减粘裂化工艺技术的进步。我国氢源相对匮乏 ,一定程度上制约了临氢减粘裂化工艺的发展。供氢剂和催化减粘裂化不用氢气 ,因而寻找供氢效果好、来源广泛、适宜的工业供氢剂和催化剂是开发供氢剂和催化减粘裂化技术的关键。
