目的探索无偿献血有效的宣传、招募、管理策略,应对目前存在的血液短缺问题,有效缓解供需矛盾,保证临床血液供应。方法对近年来洛阳地区无偿献血工作的宣传、管理方式进行回顾性分析总结。结果洛阳血站采取恰当的宣传方法,及早着手改善献血环境,提高服务质量和水平,运用科学的管理招募策略,对应对血液短缺发挥了巨大的作用。结论发扬成功经验,完善不足之处,建立志愿者服务队伍,加大团体招募力度,倡导政府参与,科学的落实临床合理用血政策,保证人民群众日益增长的用血需求。
Objective To explore effective advocacy, recruitment and management strategies for unpaid blood donation, to cope with the existing blood shortage problem, effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand and ensure the clinical blood supply. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the publicity and management methods of unpaid blood donation in Luoyang area in recent years. Results Luoyang Blood Station to take appropriate advocacy methods, early start to improve the blood donation environment, improve service quality and level, the use of scientific management recruitment strategy, to deal with the blood shortage has played a huge role. Conclusion To carry forward the successful experience, improve the deficiencies, establish a volunteer service team, increase group recruitment, advocate government participation, and implement the clinical rational use of blood policies to ensure that the people’s growing blood needs.
