本文以阳煤地产集团开展对标管理的现状进行了分析,从中分析出对标管理存在的问题和采取的措施,对今后的对标管理工作有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of benchmarking management conducted by Yangmei Real Estate Group, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the target management and the measures to be taken, which will be of reference to future benchmarking management.
