Although the Filtered-X algorithm based on linear adaptive filters has achieved great success in active vibration isolation system, its slow convergence rate based on the theory of gradient descent had a negative effect on the performance.Some new algorithms, e.g., adaptive feedback control algorithm and neural network control algorithm, were put forward in spite of much more computing work needed.Besides, the performance of active vibration isolation depended highly on the accuracy of the secondary path model.
