  Objective Delphi is used for forecast and evaluation in survey.This paper gave a brief introduction of application of Delphi in revision of the good hygienic practice of pastry factory,including evaluation and analysis.It provided a new path for revison of good hygienic practice.Method Delphi method was used to collect data,SPSS 11.0 was used to analyze the data f rom twice specialist consultation.Results The item weights were calculated after filtrating.Conclusion Results were credible and scientific.However,rationality of the item weights needs more test and applicantion of revision of GHP needs further research.
