How to realize targeted photoacoustic imaging,enhanced immunotherapy and photothermal therapy of gastric cancer has become a great challenge.Herein,we reported for the first time human cytokine induced killers cells(CIK) loaded with gold nanorods were used for targeted photoacoustic imaging,enhanced immunotherapy and photothermal therapy of gastric cancer.
