Cordyceps militaris (an entomopathogenie fungus) also called Bei Dong Chong Xia Cao and Chong Cao,which is belonging to the family Hypocreae.C.militaris can be used to treat impotence,seminal emission,infertility,invigorate kidney,and lungs in traditional Chinese medicine.According to relevant reports,C.militais and C.sinensis have the similar chemical composition and medicinal functions.By the reason of C.sinensis is a rare specie in nature,so C.militaris has been considered as an ideal substitute for C.sinensis.

在前期的工作中，我们从一株柳珊瑚来源放线菌的次级代谢产物中分离到4个新结构的多羟基聚酮类化合物[1]。此后，我们继续深入挖掘该菌的其它次级代谢产物，发现另两类聚酮化合物，包括5个新结构的螺环骨架化合物(1-5)以及4个格尔德霉素类化合物(6-9)，应用NMR、ECD、Moshers酯化等多种方法对其进行了结构鉴定。
