从轧钢厂房的设计规范入手,对比了实腹柱、格构柱,排架、刚架体系,简支、连续、桁架式檩条,制动桁架与制动板,屋面梁起拱与不起拱以及不同结构型式的抽柱设计方案、不同的墙架设计方案,定量分析了不同柱距、不同材质、不同结构型式下吊车轨面标高9m、吊车30t的轧钢厂房的耗钢量,提出了多项轧钢厂房轻型化设计的优化方案和经济柱距,供轧钢厂房设计优化使用。
