硅烷修饰合成NaA沸石膜

本文在多孔α-氧化铝陶瓷管上水热四次合成出NaA沸石膜,反应时间4h,反应温度373K,采用三种不同硅烷偶联剂(KH-550、SB-240、SB-570)修饰外表面,生成的Si-O-Me键极大提高了分子筛与陶瓷管直接的结合强度.实验结果表明在经KH-550修饰的支撑体内外表面上生长出连续、致密、超薄膜层,测得膜厚为6μm.

本文采用介孔SiO2阴离子表面活性剂成型机理S- N+I-,用月桂酸代替阴离子表面活性剂直接生成带氨基的介孔SiO2来吸附CO2.采用红外、XRD/HRTEM对其表征,测量其CO2吸附量最大为1.40mmol·g-1,在100℃解吸,发现经过多次吸附/解吸循环后基本保持CO2吸附特性不变.
