Nanofluids are solid-liquid composite materials which contain nanoparticles/nanofibres in a base liquid (such as water, mineral oil, ethylene glycol and et al.).Over the last several decades,a large variety of studies have demonstrated that nanofluids are promising working media for thermal management and optimization in a broad range of engineering and industrial applications as these fluids can achieve an impressive heat transfer enhancement in comparison to ordinary liquids.
