　　Objective: To explore the treatment strategies for patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma of the solitary functioning kidney.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 61 cases who underwent operation for upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma of the solitary functioning kidney from March 2000 to March 2012 was performed.Radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) or nephron-sparing surgery (NSS) was carried out.
