　　In this paper,a 380GHz Sub-Harmonic mixer is presented using an anti-parallel schottky diodes.Simulation result shows that DSB loss conversion is below 8dB for the range of 372-397GHz at room temperature.In the same time,the optimized conversion loss is 6.9dB at 384GHz.
