在借鉴现有相关标准方法和导则的基础上,结合排烟冷却塔烟气品质对防腐涂料性能的要求,初步拟定排烟冷却塔防腐涂料关键性能指标,即附着力、耐磨性、抗渗性、耐酸性、耐候性、抗二氧化碳渗透性和抗水蒸气渗透性.针对于排烟冷却塔特殊条件下的防腐,探索出排烟冷却塔防腐涂料的检测方法及对排烟冷却塔防腐体系的评价.同时提出水气和二氧化碳在混凝土内的分布对涂层耐久性起决定性作用.
On the basis of referring to the existing relevant standard methods and guidelines, the key performance indexes of exhaust gas cooling tower anticorrosive coatings are preliminarily established based on the requirements of performance of anticorrosive coating on flue gas quality of exhaust cooling tower, namely, adhesion, wear resistance, resistance Permeability, acid resistance, weatherability, anti-carbon dioxide permeability and resistance to water vapor permeability.Aiming at the anti-corrosion under the special conditions of the exhaust gas cooling tower, to explore the exhaust cooling tower anti-corrosion coating detection methods and exhaust cooling tower anti-corrosion System evaluation.At the same time, it is proposed that the distribution of moisture and carbon dioxide in the concrete plays a decisive role in the durability of the coating.
