Objective:To investigate the cause and prevention of the complication after surgery in the treatment of the bursting fracture in thoracic and lumbar vertebra with AF system,so as to improve the surgical successful rate and effect.Method:From June in 1998 to June in 2005,356 cases of bursting fractures in thoracic and lumbar vertebra were treated with AF system,the common complications after surgery were analysed.
