据分析102个栽培大豆品种和48份野生大豆材料,在地跨29-35°N之间的安徽省,栽培大豆蛋白质含量和品种原产地的纬度呈显著负相关,其相关系数为-0.9838.野生大豆蛋白含量与原产地纬度相关不明显,呈马鞍形分布,峰值出现在32°N地区.这个结果为栽培大豆起源于黄淮流域的论点提供了某些旁证,也给我们创造了有利条件来提高大豆品种的蛋白质含量.但我省大豆品种资源的含硫氨基酸含量较低,可能与蛋白质含量高有关.因此,欲提高安徽省高蛋白大豆品种中含硫氨基酸在氨基酸总量中的比值,拟需引进新种质加以改进.
According to the analysis of 102 cultivated soybean varieties and 48 wild soybean materials, the content of cultivated soybean in Anhui province between 29-35 ° N was significantly negatively correlated with the latitude of origin of the cultivars, and the correlation coefficient was -0.9838.
