我们研制了一种结构简单、便于制作的光纤光栅水位计。采用三维有限单元法,对传感器的几何结构进行了优化分析;通过数值仿真试验,给出了水位和光纤光栅中心波长之间的光一力转换关系,表明该传感器还具有线性度好、灵敏度高等优点,满足水工检测的要求。经工程试用后,该传达器可投入生产和应用。
We have developed a simple structure, easy to manufacture fiber grating water level gauge. The geometrical structure of the sensor is optimized and analyzed by using the three-dimensional finite element method. The numerical simulation experiment shows that the sensor has the advantages of good linearity and high sensitivity , To meet the hydraulic inspection requirements. After the project trial, the transmitter can be put into production and application.
