对单掺和混掺纳米碳黑(Nanometer Carbon Black,NCB)、碳纤维(Carbon Fiber,CF)的水泥基复合材料的力学性能进行了试验对比,发现适量掺入纳米碳黑可以明显提高水泥基复合材料的抗折和抗压强度,并且效果比单独掺入碳纤维和混掺纳米碳黑和碳纤维更为明显。借助扫描电子显微镜和压汞试验对水泥基复合材料微观结构和孔隙情况进行了分析。结果表明:纳米碳黑比碳纤维更容易均匀地分散在水泥基材料中,与水泥基材料结合更为紧密,并且纳米碳黑颗粒小于有害孔的孔径,能够有效填充孔隙,进而减小材料的孔隙率和微观缺陷,改善材料的微观结构,使材料结构更加致密。
The mechanical properties of cement-based composites doped with single-blended nanometer carbon black (NCB) and carbon fiber (CF) were tested and compared.
