进入21世纪,生态文明和绿色化发展成为时代潮流,植被保护、国土绿化、"森林城市"、"美丽乡村"等各种绿色工程纷至沓来.为提高这类植物环境系统工程的内涵质量,促进特色化、可持续发展,研究提出将它们与植物园有机结合,在三门县全域打造一个综合性、开放式植物园的构想.构想按"一园多点、全域覆盖"的模式设计植物园体系,利用相关工程成果、境内多异生境及其与之关联的植物资源,形成城乡联动、山海一体的植物园局域网络.论证了"一园多点、全域覆盖"新型模式的相关思想和实践基础、必要性与可行性.规划了框架性实现方案,包括植物园点功能分工、植物园内涵建设及植物园保障条件等.最后,就中国三门亚热带植物园建设面临的问题和解决途径等提出了一些想法和建议.
