本文讨论了结构复杂、薄壁差异大的船用ZTC4钛合金直角阀体采用石墨机加铸型、分散引入式浇注系统、热等静压技术消除铸件内部孔洞等铸造工艺特点及设计原理。直角阀体外轮廓尺寸为637mm×513mm×451mm,铸件壁厚差异大,最薄壁厚19mm,短距离内壁厚变化至87mm。分析了铸件不易分型装配,易产生浇不满、气孔、缩孔缺陷的工艺难点,通过对直角阀体的铸造工艺研究,制造出符合技术要求的优质产品。
This paper discusses the casting process characteristics and design principles of the ZTC4 Titanium alloy right angle valve body with complex structure and large difference of thin wall, adopting the graphite machine plus mold casting, decentralized introduction casting system and hot isostatic pressing technology to eliminate the internal holes in the casting. Right-angled body contour size 637mm × 513mm × 451mm, casting wall thickness difference, the thinnest wall thickness 19mm, short-distance wall thickness changes to 87mm. The difficulties in the process of sub - assembly of castings, easy formation of pouring defects, porosity and shrinkage defects were analyzed. Through the research on the casting process of right angle valve body, the high quality products meeting the technical requirements were manufactured.
