臭氧层变薄会导致到达地表的紫外辐射强度增加,特别是对动植物有危害的UV-B(280nm-320nm)辐射增强。本试验于2007年4月-2008年10月在中国科学技术大学烟草与健康研究中烟站进行,以烟草(品种K326、龙江911、翠碧1号)为材料,在自然条件下人工增加UV-B辐射强度为0.1w/m2 (T1组)和0.3w/m2 (T2组)的UV-B辐射,每天处理时间为6h(9:00-15:00),连
