The purpose of this thesis is Chinese stock market and the ways in which African investors can participate and to develop their business of purchasing stocks in Chinese companies.Knowing that investment overall in a stock market is a great option to consider when doing projects or willing to raise your funds, our underlying objective of this research is to find practical implications for investment opportunities in Chinese Stock Market for African investors and identify one most suitable option according to the assets available and find out the risks on this stock market.Furthermore, the paper aims to present what types, kinds and options of stock investments there are for foreigners on Chinese stock market and how African investors can also take advantages of this market.Thus one of advantages that African investors can see is the average of dividend yield between the different stock exchange in the world.As with any investment, there is some level of risk with buying stock in Chinese companies.No one can predict with complete certainty which stocks will succeed, but you can make an educated decision and getting the best information possible.The information will be gathered from the articles, business journals, investment books and online sources such as Shanghai Stock Exchange Website and through some interview with individual African investors and institutional investors and also with some brokers in China for coveting practical issues.
