1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸作为无甲醛免烫整理剂的应用有着广阔的前景。本论文在小试工艺的基础上,将硝酸氧化四氢邻苯二甲酸酐的工艺进行中试规模化生产。在中试实验过程中,通过对条件的进一步优化,使反应可以安全进行,并对含硝酸废酸及催化剂的母液进行了套用实验,结果证明可反复套用十次以上,收率可稳定在58~60%,为工厂产业化奠定了基础。
其次,用臭氧氧化四氢邻苯二甲酸酐的工艺在实验室合成BTCA,产品用熔点、质谱、红外验证产品是目标产物。本工艺收率高达85%,用于棉布上的整理性能高于HD树脂的整理性能。
此外,本文还研究了整理液的改进,用廉价的催化剂替代价格较高的,以降低整理成本,同时还加入含硼的盐以提高被整理织物的白度、降低黄度。
