The purpose of this research study is to explore the impacts of COVID-19 on the demands,lead times and work conditions of an aviation firm which offers parts and maintenance services to both Afro-China trade and logistics.To achieve this,two research questions were answered: The first one dealt with the impact of COVD-19 on the demand and leads times of an aviation company while the second questions assess the work conditions and the steps and measures taken for these pandemic related improvements.But above all the main aim is to investigate the pandemic crisis during Covid-19 based on Silent Ocean Shipping company.A quantitative research plan was followed.The interview was used to collect the desired data.For this study we identified factors,including trust between Managers and colleagues,communication between organizational behavior staff,information systems,formation of the reward system,and structure of the organizational behavior which plays an important and defining role in the interaction between staff members and in providing possibilities to sever barriers to knowledge transfer.It’s has been a wake-up call to the organizational behavior during this pandemic crisis based on Afro-China trade and the logistics industry.In this study I also try to highlight the importance of details in the process of making decision.Moreover,the results show the organizational behavior during a pandemic,managers resort to alternative information sources,and also trying to adopt collaboration information behaviors and take some advantage on digital technology.This study also would like to contribute to multiple related fields.In the context of this crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic,a growing number of Literature focused on macro-perspectives to explore and analyze factors,consequences,relations and countermeasures.Only a few of paper focused on the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak to microeconomics units,the firms.
