[目的]研究棉花吸收转化氮素形态与植物呼吸代谢的关系以及氮素形态对棉花生长内源调节物质和一些代谢酶的影响,增铵营养对棉花生长发育及物质积累、分配的影响,同时探讨棉花生长发育过程中其氮素代谢与不同形态氮素比例的关系,确定适合棉花生长发育的氮素营养比例。[材料方法]本实验以棉花新陆早8号和新陆早13品种作为实验材料,在水陪条件下研究不同形态氮素对棉花苗期生长发育,矿质营养代谢以及棉花地上部和根尖部分激素含量的影响。[研究结果]结果表明:(1)铵态氮素
