Designing principle of conical rings analyzed in this article Tension - tracking-measuring device and dynamic friction meter,which are designed by ourselves,are used in analyzing and testing spinning tension and friction.The method of taking a photo with high speed as well as measurement of rub trace of travellers is used in anti-wedge studin,and the theoretical calculating expressions are established.winding pacrage and operation are analyzed in the theory.It is concluded as follows
(1) Limit angle of conical ring track is not constant.
(2) Tension property of conical rings is decided by incline angle and changing range.
(3) Rub coefficient of conical rings is smaller than that of flanged rings.
(4) wearability of ring is anlyzed and evaluted by contaeting length of traveller, pressure of per unit contacting length,and its peak value.
(5)Winding property of ring depends mainly on tension property and centre position of track contacting rub.
