【摘 要】
：
本试验选用广西广泛种植的2个玉米品种正大619(抗旱型)和金海5号(敏感型)为材料，通过全生育期给予不同的供水量，研究不同抗性玉米品种在不同水分胁迫条件下生理生化特性和形态变化规律，探讨玉米抗旱生理机制和抗旱性鉴定指标，为玉米抗旱育种提供理论依据。研究结果如下：1、不同水分处理下抗旱性不同的两个玉米品种正大619和金海5号叶片甜菜碱、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量存在明显差异。抗旱性强的玉米品种叶片甜菜碱、
