烤烟品质性状的遗传机理研究

【摘要】

：

烟草是我国重要的经济作物,烟叶质量直接影响到卷烟工业的产品质量。般而言,影响烟叶质量的主要性状都是数量性状,研究烤烟品质性状遗传机理可以为育种方法的制定、性状的选择策略提供理论依据。前人对烤烟品质性状的遗传研究一般只局限于成熟期性状的遗传研究,没有深入到不同发育阶段性状的遗传表现。本研究选取2006年种植在两个地点的8个不同来源的烟草品种,实施包括亲本、F1和F2代的双列杂交遗传试验,采用加性-显
