In the past few years,Laotian hotel industry was increasing its revenue due to the expanding of tourism and hotel industry,the demand of hotel bookings are also rising as its expanding.To offer the services to the customers,hotels need to have enough employees,and qualified persons in operating hotel industry.To serve the service to a human being,it means there will have special needs from a service receiver,and a good work performance from service giver.Those hotel organizations are getting its barriers such as quality of service,hotel image,and employee management which especially in employee turnover intentions.According to the previous studies aimed in general turnover intentions,in comparing on management culture is.Therefore,this study is based on the previous theories to propose the turnover intention in the role of management culture.Based on the theories in literature review part,this study explored through turnover intention in the role management culture.Firstly,to construct the conceptual model including its factors and steps in writing.Secondly,to implement its data collection by the questionnaire form was created by use dimensions related the theories.Questionnaire forms were distributed through online to the group samples both local and international hotel brands,226 forms were filled.And interviews were also done among 13 participants in different positions.Finally,the results of questionnaire form were shown in comparing on three types of turnover intention,on different departments,on cross-culture,and on management culture.Interview was shown in categories of factors affecting turnover intention,problems during working period,perspectives on management culture,and hotel management regarding to COVID-19.As the objective aims to compare the role of management culture in employee turnover intentions between local and international hotel brands,which this study can conclude four hypotheses are accepted by the collected data as employees in Front Office and Food&Beverage have different degree of turnover intention,ad employees in Housekeeping and Human resource have the same degree turnover intentions.Which the interviews’ results are support to the quantitative results as discussed in the context.Show contributions as front of house sections had different degree of turnover intention,and back of house sections had the same degree of turnover intention.Comparing by cross culture strongly showed higher intention in local hotels.By the structural equation model showed the root of intention was from management culture,and took the direction to depersonalization to personal accomplishment,and end in turnover intention.And COVID-19 was delivered strongly to the hotel industry and employees.
