苯并[a]芘(benzo(a)pyrene,BaP)和菲(Phenanthrene, PHE)是具有“三致”效应的有机污染物,正在以叠加的方式在土壤中逐步累积,对土壤环境质量造成严重威胁。本文采用逐步累积的试验方法模拟BaP和PHE在上壤中的累积过程,研究BaP和PHE累积污染后的有效性特征及其对上壤呼吸强度、上壤脲酶与脱氢酶活性的的影响。得出以下主要结果:(1)采用2.0 g上壤和0.2 g的Tenax-TA,振荡6 h可以把上壤中的有效态BaP充分提取出来。土壤BaP的Tenax提取含量与蚯蚓体
