The process of deep-sea exploration winch bathymetric core mechanical systems. With increasing depths, weight of the cable weighing more than the detection equipment, and becomes a major load on the bathymetric winch system,and the cable tension also changes along with the change in water depth.In this paper aiming at the single drum winch retracting long cable in deep water exploration equipment existing cable layout inequality、Tension change is a big problem and effects directly on cable recovery. Proposed the structure scheme of dual winch system with traction device and separate storage device. The traction winch using double drum structure,Composed of two with a parallel groove drum. Two reels driving at the same time,the cable winding in order on two drums. The use of friction between cable and drum completed deep-sea exploration equipment release and recovery. Based on the characteristics of the working environment of winch and the deep sounding winch’s function demand of logic analysis. Designed the overall structure of the winch,Innovative design improvement scheme is proposed for the key components in the system.In the process of system design,Through the analysis of the force on the traction winch drum, calculated the traction winch driving power and torque required, Select the right drive system, To drive designed according to the motion characteristics of the traction winch. Determining the driving system according to the dynamic component has been selected the overall structure of the hoist design analysis. By modeling the system in UG (NX Unigraphics), then the key parts of the system to carry on finite element analysis,To ensure that the design can meet the precision requirements of operation of the system.Through the comparison of the control scheme, Selection of fuzzy-PDFF (Pseudo-Derivative Feedback) control system of winch system control, Add a PDFF control module in PLC, using PDF algorithm of increment, control system simulation analysis In the Simulink, Get the system step response curve, And the PDF parameter curve, The results show the effectiveness of the fuzzy-PDF control system.According to the characteristics of PLC control system, Comprehensive design of electrical system,Including cabinet design and human-computer interaction control screen design, PLC (programmable logic controller) circuitconnection mode, frequency converter, Completed the design of deep-sea exploration winch bathymetric core mechanical systems.
