当今电视传媒竞争日益激烈,央视大台的霸主地位无人能撼,省级卫视纷纷上星落地,境外新闻传媒机构进军中国大陆,网络新媒体勃勃兴起,把省会城市电视台的生存空间挤压得越来越小。合肥电视台作为安徽省会城市电视台,面临的竞争压力亦是如此。若想在此困境中突破发展,除去技术因素,归根结底是人的因素,充分使用并留住现有人力资源是合肥电视台面临的急需解决的课题。职业生涯规划和管理是进一步挖掘员工潜力、调动其积极性一个重要的途径,本文通过对合肥电视台现有人事制度等相关政策进的描述,分析了在人力资源管理方面存在的问题和原因,提出了在人力资源管理中,引进员工职业生涯规划与管理的目的和意义。运用职业生涯规划与管理的基本理论,研究人才职业发展路径问题,制定出一个切实可行、有效的员工职业生涯规划方案,探索出一条员工个人能力与岗位、职位相匹配的职业发展通道,使其看到未来发展的预期,是适合合肥电视台事业发展的新需要。通过建立健全实施该方案的保障体系,达到组织和个人职业生涯协调发展双赢,实现合肥电视台选拔人才,使用人才,留住人才,开发人才的目的。Nowadays the competition among mass media is very hard.CCTV is abig shot.More and more TV stations transmit their programs via satellite.Foreign mass media organization have got into China and internet has been camea powerful competitor.So,the City TV faced a rigorous test.Hefei TV also facedthe competition.If Hefei TV want to develop,human resource is a very importantfactor.Exploite and keep employee are a main problem of Hefei TV.Through thedescription of Human resources in Hefei TV,and analyses the problem of thisentity,the writer put forward the aim and meaning of employee’ s CareerDesigning.Career Designing can develop employee’ s ability.With the use themethod of Career Designing,to research employee’ s development become aneffective plan and guarantee that can put into effect.In this way,thetelevision station and employees can win-win.
