In the field of energy industry,PLC(programmable controller)industrial control technology is a key technology.It is the core technology to control the automatic and efficient operation of business.The current situation of the whole industry is that the vast majority of PLCs are imported products(German Siemens,French Schneider,American AB,American GE,etc.),and a small number of domestic brand PLCs still use foreign products for their core chips and software,which have not fully realized localization.The control system of active thermal power plant is mainly built with windows plus Intel platform computer and imported PLC products,which has the risks of Limited procurement and back door attack.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a set of chip controlled domestic PLC products.This paper introduces the functional and performance requirements of water treatment control system in thermal power plant in detail,and summarizes the software function points of water treatment system in thermal power plant,which provides a basis for directional design.From the aspects of system architecture design,software and hardware selection,software and hardware design,network and interface design,this paper puts forward and analyzes the selection basis of PLC equipment,computer equipment,switch equipment and other electrical equipment in the cabinet,and obtains the selection results according to the selection basis;According to the design process,the structural design,electrical design,monitoring software design and logic programming software design of PLC control cabinet are carried out.In the design,the distribution load of cabinet,the power of ventilation fan in cabinet and the number of signals and modules required to complete the control function are analyzed and calculated,and the design principles and requirements of monitoring group software and logic control software are summarized,It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent detailed design;Through the analysis of the number of cabinets and the overall demand,the advantages and disadvantages of different network topologies are demonstrated,and the network topology type used in the subject is determined,which provides a technical guarantee for the reliability and safety of the water treatment control system.The final system test and verification work is not only the verification of the design work,but also a thorough understanding of the domestic PLC products.The whole water treatment control system is deeply and comprehensively tested through monomer test,picture test and logic test,and the test results are obtained.Through the analysis and summary of the test results,it provides data support for subsequent similar projects,The usability of the product is further improved through the engineering of the subject and subsequent problem treatment.Chaoyu PLC system platform is a general control system with independent intellectual property rights developed by CLP Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.,which realizes the localization of PLC products.Among them,large PLC products are designed and developed to replace imported large PLC.The subject uses domestic large-scale PLC and has passed the final test and verification,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the application of domestic PLC products in a wider field.
