海岛棉抗黄萎病基因GbVe抗病机制研究

我国棉花黄萎病主要是由大丽轮枝菌引起的土传维管束病害,严重影响着棉花的产量和品质。课题组前期克隆了海岛棉GbVe并初步证明该基因在拟南芥中具有抗黄萎病功能,本研究将以前期获得的转GbVe拟南芥为材料,探索GbVe基因在抵抗黄萎病菌过程中对拟南芥根系、木质素、H2O2、POD及可能参与GbVe基因抗病反应的基因EDS1、NDR1、BAK1、PR4、PR5的影响,揭示其抗病机制;同时,从不同抗感棉花品种中克隆Ve基因及其启动子,比较其差异。采用花粉管通道法将GbVe转化棉花,获得转基因植株。研究结果将为
