转DREB基因的不同小麦品系抗旱生理生化特征的研究

试验于2007-2008年在山东农业大学南校区教学科研基地进行,试验田块周围有林木隔离。供试材料选择以鲁麦23为受体转入DREB转录因子得到的2个转基因品系,以受体鲁麦23为对照,在大田条件下设置不同水分条件(正常灌溉和全生育期不灌溉),通过比较不同小麦品系在生长发育及生理生化响应等方面的差异,探讨外源DREB表达对干旱条件下小麦受体生理生态特征的影响。主要研究结果如下:1.不同品系小麦籽粒产量及
