与发达国家相比,我国健康教育起步晚、投入少。美国健康教育经费占整个卫生事业费的20％,以杭州市1995年统计,卫生防疫经费才占20％,而健康教育经费人均0.1元。要完成全市(市区)150万人口的健康教育任务,这些经费显得十分拮据。如何充分利用极有限的资金,开展更多的工作,我们作了以下几方面探索。 一、借鸡下蛋,多方合作 为提高全市健康教育的覆盖面和深度, Compared with developed countries, China’s health education started late and invested less. According to the statistics of Hangzhou in 1995, health and epidemic prevention funds accounted for only 20%, and health education funding was 0.1 yuan per capita. To complete the health education task of 1.5 million people in the city (urban area), these funds are very tight. How to make full use of very limited funds and carry out more work, we have made the following explorations.
