目的:筛选富集淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的最佳树脂及条件,使分离工艺达到最优化。方法:采用静态吸附-解吸方法,从6种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出效果最佳的D1400树脂,进而考察了D1400树脂对淫羊藿苷的最佳富集工艺,并以HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的含量,对淫羊藿苷富集工艺进行评价。结果:D1400树脂为富集淫羊藿苷的最佳树脂,以70%乙醇为吸附溶剂,95%乙醇为解吸附溶剂,PH为6、12时静态吸附、解析效果最佳,淫羊藿苷的纯度从5.44%上升为46.4%。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To screen the optimal resin and conditions for the enrichment of icariin in Epimedium, so as to optimize the separation process. Methods: The best D1400 resin was screened from the six kinds of macroporous adsorption resins by static adsorption-desorption method. The optimal enrichment process of icariin by D1400 resin was also investigated. Glycosides content of icariin enrichment process evaluation. Results: D1400 resin was the best resin for icariin enrichment, with 70% ethanol as the adsorption solvent and 95% ethanol as the desorption solvent. The static adsorption was achieved at pH 6 and 12, The purity increased from 5.44% to 46.4%. Conclusion: The preferred process is stable and feasible.
