景观遗传学是一门新兴的交叉学科,该学科的发展为湖北钉螺分子系统地理学和群体遗传分化研究提供了新的研究手段。本文介绍了景观遗传学的产生、概念、研究方法和应用领域,系统分析了景观遗传学研究方法在湖北钉螺分子系统地理学和群体遗传分化研究中的应用进展,阐述了空间分布格局与湖北钉螺遗传分化与变异的相互作用,为湖北钉螺种群遗传学研究提出了新的思路。
Landscape genetics is a new interdisciplinary subject. The development of this discipline has provided a new research method for molecular systematics and population genetic differentiation of Oncomelania hupensis. This paper introduces the generation, concept, research methods and application fields of landscape genetics, systematically analyzes the progress of landscape genetics research in molecular phylogeography and population genetic differentiation of Oncomelania snails in Hubei Province, expounds the spatial distribution pattern of snail The interaction between genetic differentiation and variation provides a new idea for the study of population of snails in Hubei.
