应用鞣化羊红细胞电泳检测人骨胳肌提取的乙酰胆碱受体(AchR)粗制品对周围血淋巴细胞的免疫反应,共检测正常人40例,重症肌无力76例,散发性脑炎20例,肌营养不良症9例,多发性肌炎7例,运动神经元疾病2例,癫痫5例,中风后遗症2例。结果发现:(1)AchR对鞣化羊红细胞的缓慢率为0.994±1.225%,正常人淋巴细胞的致缓率为1.335±1.58%,两者无明显区别(P>0.05)。取-1.2~4.5%为正常范围,大于4.5%为阳性。(2)76例重症肌无力中62例缓慢率大于4.5%,阳性率
A total of 40 normal individuals, 76 patients with myasthenia gravis, 20 patients with sporadic encephalitis, 20 patients with muscular dystrophy were tested by tanning sheep erythrocyte electrophoresis to detect the immune response of crude extract of acetylcholine receptor (AchR) extracted from human skeletal muscle to peripheral blood lymphocytes. Malnutrition in 9 cases, polymyositis in 7 cases, motor neuron disease in 2 cases, epilepsy in 5 cases, stroke sequelae in 2 cases. The results showed that: (1) The slow rate of AchR to tanning sheep erythrocytes was 0.994 ± 1.225%, and that of normal people was 1.335 ± 1.58%. There was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). Take -1.2 ~ 4.5% for the normal range, more than 4.5% positive.
