所有生物体接触高温或其他应激因素时 ,可以合成一组被称为热休克蛋白的高度保守蛋白质。热休克蛋白最重要的功能是参与热耐受或毒物耐受 ,帮助细胞适应一系列的应激反应。热休克蛋白作为一个多基因家族 ,提示其在生物进化过程中遗传和变异并存。本文则就热休克蛋白基因家族中主要基因 HSP70的多态性及其与某些疾病易感性之间的关系作一综述
When exposed to heat or other stressors, all organisms can synthesize a group of highly conserved proteins called heat shock proteins. The most important function of heat shock proteins is to participate in heat tolerance or toxic tolerance, helping cells to adapt to a range of stress responses. As a multi-gene family, heat shock protein suggests its coexistence of heredity and mutation in biological evolution. In this paper, we reviewed the polymorphism of HSP70, a major gene in the heat shock protein gene family, and its relationship with susceptibility to certain diseases
