人际交往能力在大学生的整体素质中占有非常重要的地位,然而很多大学生的人际交往状况令人堪忧。本文试图通过对高职女生与大专女生的人际交往适应不良的帮扶,总结方法和规律,对新时期开展高校女生思想政治教育工作具有指导意义。 The ability of interpersonal communication occupies a very important position in the overall quality of college students. However, the interpersonal relationships of many college students are worrying. This article tries to sum up the methods and laws by means of helping poor students and interpersonal communication of the girls in higher vocational schools and college girls. It is instructive to carry out the ideological and political education of college girls in the new era.
