企业文化是一个企业的灵魂,文化力作为生产力的重要组成部分,不仅是一个企业综合竞争力的重要标志,也是展示企业形象、凝聚人心的关键因素。企业文化作为现代企业的管理理论和管理方法,越来越受到国内外企业界的重视。从组建企业之时起,企业便有了自己的企业文化,并在社会主义市场经济环境中不断丰富和发展,但是目前,企业文化建设也存在一些问题,下面谈一些粗浅的看法。
Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. As an important part of productivity, cultural power is not only an important symbol of an enterprise’s overall competitiveness, but also a key factor in displaying its image and cohesion. As a management theory and management method of modern enterprise, corporate culture has drawn more and more attention from domestic and foreign enterprises. Since the establishment of enterprises, enterprises have their own corporate culture and are constantly enriched and developed in the socialist market economy. However, there are still some problems in the construction of corporate culture. Here are some superficial views.
