目前,寒区部队进入冬季后大部分时间停留于室内,室外活动时间多为4小时左右.由于接受冷刺激较少,人体的耐寒能力一般停留在季节性适应水平.为了探讨适于我军进行耐寒锻炼的方法,我们于1981年冬在北疆某部队通过延长室外活动时间到7小时左右,使部队充分接受寒冷刺激,进行了对提高人体耐寒能力的效果观察研究,现将研究结果总结如下.
At present, cold-tempered troops stay indoors for most of the winter after entering the winter and have mostly outdoor activities for about 4 hours.
