为研究有机肥与化肥配施对土壤氮素供应和烟叶质量的影响,建立合理的有机肥与化肥配施技术。于2013-2014年在潍坊市安丘逄家庄烟叶农场,以烤烟品种NC55为材料,研究了豆饼与化肥配施对土壤氮素转化、氮转化酶活性及烟叶品质的影响。主要结果如下:1.豆饼与化肥配施对植烟土壤无机氮素及氮素相关酶类活性的影响于2013年进行,结果表明:土壤中无机氮素含量在烤烟移栽后第50天达到最大值,此期30%饼肥+70
本试验于2013-2014年在山东农业大学农学实验站进行,以花生栽培种五个植物学类型中8个有代表性的品种作为试验材料,在自然干旱和人工控水条件下,分别于饱果期和结荚期进行干旱处理。研究花生开花结实特性与抗旱性之间的关系,明确抗旱性强的花生品种的开花结果类型及鉴定评价指标,为花生抗旱育种及抗旱栽培提供理论依据。得到如下主要结果:1不同花生品种的干旱适应性及抗旱性差异以产量抗旱系数评价花生品种的综合抗
