本文从检察机关维护国有资产的法律职责出发,结合作者自己的工作实践,提出构建民事检察监督体系,防止国有资产流失的建议。
Based on the legal responsibilities of procuratorial organs in safeguarding state-owned assets, this paper puts forward the suggestion of constructing the system of civil procuratorial supervision and preventing the loss of state-owned assets in combination with the author’s own work practices.
