传统的以教师为主体的英语教学模式已经不适应高职教育新的目标和要求。社会语言学的相关理论对高职英语教学的实践创新有着积极的指导意义。社会语言学主要通过研究社会因素来研究语言。这种研究方式对高职英语教学产生了很大影响,特别是对学生的交际能力的培养。
The traditional teacher-centered English teaching mode has not adapted to the new goals and requirements of higher vocational education. Relevant theories of social linguistics have a positive guiding significance for the practice and innovation of higher vocational English teaching. Sociolinguistics studies language primarily through the study of social factors. This research method has had a great influence on English teaching in higher vocational education, especially for the cultivation of students’ communicative competence.
