论述了农产品地理标志(以下简称“地理标志”)登记水产品检测过程中需要注意的一些事项,主要包括抽样过程中地理标志水产品保护范围的确定、抽样样品的季节性、运输要求等;产品品质描述和检测参数确定过程中,需要就性状指标、理化、营养指标、滋气味、质构指标等的选择、检测要求开展细致的前期调研和综合评价。最后,对地理标志水产品的检测工作进行了展望。
This paper discussed some issues that should be noticed during the registration of aquatic products in the geographical indications of agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as “geographical indications”), including the determination of the scope of protection of geographical indication aquatic products during sampling, the sampling sample seasonal requirements and transportation requirements ; Product quality description and testing parameters to determine the process, the need for physical properties, physical and chemical indicators, nourishing flavor, texture indicators such as the choice of testing requirements to carry out detailed preliminary research and comprehensive evaluation.
