目的:建立熊胆粉的近红外光谱快速检验方法。方法:收集全国不同来源的熊胆粉样品20批,经检验后分别采集其近红外光谱,以二阶导数加矢量归一化法和因子化法建立鉴别模型,谱段范围为7550~4 000cm~(-1)。以一阶导数加矢量归一化法建立含量模型,谱段范围为12000~4250cm~(-1)。结果:鉴别模型鉴别10批样品准确率达到100%,含量模型测定20批样品偏差不超过3%。结论:近红外光谱法可用于熊胆粉的快速检验,适合在药品检测车上推广应用。
Objective: To establish a rapid test method for the near infrared spectrum of bear gall powder. Methods: Twenty batches of bear gall powder samples from different sources were collected. After the test, the near-infrared spectrum was collected. The second derivative and vector normalization method and factorization method were used to establish the discriminant model. The spectral range was 7550-4000 cm ~ (-1). The content model was established by the first derivative plus vector normalization method. The spectral range was 12000 ~ 4250cm ~ (-1). Results: The identification accuracy of 10 batches of samples was 100%. The content of 20 batches of samples was less than 3%. Conclusion: Near infrared spectroscopy can be used for the rapid test of bile powder, which is suitable for the popularization and application of drug testing vehicles.
