在Cu Fe系催化剂中添加稀土 ,利用稀土改性提高Cu Fe系催化剂的活性 ,或直接利用氮氢混合气还原脂肪酸酯制备高碳脂肪醇。用纯氢气作气源 ,添加 1%的Sm2 O3,高碳醇收率可提高约 3 %。用氮氢混合气作气源 ,不含稀土的Cu Fe系催化剂活性大幅度下降。添加Y、Nd等可阻止其活性下降甚至提高其活性。与不含稀土的Cu Fe系催化剂相比 ,添加 1%的Nd2 O3 或 1%的Y2 O3 可分别提高高碳醇收率 2 9%和33 %。
In the Cu Fe-based catalyst to add rare earth, rare earth modification of the activity to improve the Cu Fe-based catalyst, or direct use of nitrogen and hydrogen gas mixture to reduce fatty acid ester preparation of high-carbon fatty alcohol. With pure hydrogen gas source, add 1% of Sm2 O3, higher alcohol yield can be increased by about 3%. With the mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen as the gas source, the activity of Cu-Fe catalyst without rare earth is greatly reduced. Add Y, Nd, etc. can prevent its activity decreased or even increase its activity. Compared with Cu Fe-based catalyst without rare earth, the addition of 1% Nd 2 O 3 or 1% Y 2 O 3 can improve the yield of higher alcohols by 29% and 33%, respectively.
