当前我国进入新常态时期,创新是新常态下各方面工作内容的核心驱动力,为了应对新时期转变发展方式的需要,针对知识型员工的绩效存在的问题提出三方面的改进策略,一是树立系统性的思想,二是将创新理念融入到知识型员工绩效全过程,三是建立良好的创新环境。
At present, our country has entered a new normal period. Innovation is the core driving force for all aspects of work under the new normal. In order to meet the needs of changing the mode of development in the new era, three strategies for improving the performance of knowledge workers are proposed. First, Systematic thinking, the second is to integrate innovative ideas into the entire process of knowledge workers performance, the third is to establish a good environment for innovation.
